Well, surprise, surprise, I am back, for those who remember. But, I think none will, as noone noticed me too much previously (nervous muttering)....

Here's the list of problems found in 1.44(not sure) Polish version.

Bug:
Items in the itemlist.txt are done correctly (all spaces and collons are present in the list), but the game recognizes unique items VERY randomly - as white items, as green, but incorrect spelling, sometimes without any translation at all. That's not a big problem, unless you find less charcteristics for the unique items. Unfortunately, THIS IS THE CASE. Mage Gloves: 2%initiative, nothing more(screenie later on). Zandalor's Eye, the ring, 2 modifiers- shouldn't there be more?
Please, Markus, Lynn, anyone- can you get somehow to Polish distributor, CD-projekt about this?

QUESTS DO NOT TRIGGER!!!!
Help needed, quests in ACT 4 esp, Academy Summoning tests, very buggy-> got all the items, still receive comment on getting more items to summon.

Bug:
Dialogue not correctly advanced
This is seen in all acts: old, unneeded questions, ones that enter the quests remain even after it have(the quests) been done. It's really annoying in BF, as then NPCs are resetted, as far, as quests go and no BF_Bosses appear <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

Bug:
Translated details about the quest, and the quest rewards themselves-> The Tree of Realisation-> Buggy. only reward in gold worked for me.

Bug:
No rewards for certain quests: Act3, reward for 'deadly' amulet from the shopkeeper. Act4, ghost and the jewel-> no reward, not even EXP.

More Bugs WILL come, infortunately, I'm quite sure about it...
Larians, It's not that I am disappointed with the game: I thought DD bugs will be a lesson...but still, the great game BD is- how someone just having first heard about the saga will adopt to the idea of constant catching up with the patches etc? The problem will be greater: BD in Poland has just got VERY cheap edition, and quite a lot of promotion is getting out in the press...:(

Asking for a powerful weapon will place a unique crossbow in the imp hero's house, though you can get this near the end of the act regardless of your question. The other questions give you hints about things to look for in act 3, but the question is not a prerequisite.
This means asking for gold is the best choice.

Oh well, but I turned off ALMOST ALL of the lights EVERYWHERE in Act3...It became second nature of mine actually. Still, no treasure chamber appeared...
The unique crossbow? got to try...
BUT -- portal of Rixxx, aka The scrying eye-- didn't teach me anything...and I searched all around it, as well as did the quest the Raanars asked...(with the mirror...) or should I try putting the mirror in a SPECIAL place, not any of the scrying destination?

Last Minute info: Polish version comes already UP-to date, as a package: it's already a 1.450 version of a game. Which means...
No possibility to update it, even when I modified the registry values for the version number-> xxx2dxxxx switched to xxx2axxxx didn't help...
PLZ, can Larians try and make a patch for Polish version? at least to correct the quests problems?

I'm not sure about the treasure chamber.
Hit the alt key in the imp hero's house to find the crossbow easier.
The portal doesn't actually teach you anything, just shows you the series of locations. AFAIK this just lets you know those locations are significant, but there is nothing otherwise special about the scrying scene. The mirror doesn't do anything in a non-scrying destination.

Thank You, dear Lynn, for looking into the problem. IMHO, the Polish version needs a thorough recheck of the translation. Some screenies I posted elsewhere are living proof of what's wrong there, should the CD-projekt start doing anything, they might as well e-mail me for first-hand gamer's experience on the bugs. I note at least 2 or 3 new ones daily, as I am playing all the time now.

LYNN, I hope the problems you have mentioned to be on right way to be solved - I mean, the patch problems, will cause just sth to happen.
