WHAT THE BLOODY HELL.


This whole post is them offering to help and asking questions and suggestions and you say they're doing nothing!? I really don't get you, do you just have it out for them? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />


They are dealing with it, as best they can!

And I think it was the publisher's who wanted StarForce <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

No, just the Starforce report. Here's how to do it:

1. The "Checking disc" dialog.

Let the protection check disc 2 without pressing the "cancel" button.
This may take a couple of minutes, but please do not cancel this action.

2. The "Disc identification error" dialog (or "No disc found" dialog).

Click the "information" button. The protection engine will now generate
a hardware report. This may take a couple of minutes. Do not cancel.

3. The "Error details" dialog.

Press the "Save report" button and save this textfile (for instance to
your desktop for easy reference). Attach this textfile to the mail addressed to me, or you may also select all in the textfile and then copy and paste everything in the mail you send me.

If you have problems with something, please let us know what exactly you don't understand.
It's unfair to accuse us of not helping you. We have contacted you several times by email. Or you don't reply, or you send us an email with again accusations, or you send a file with barely info, at least not what we have asked you. What more can we do? We would like to help you, but please be cooperative.
The email you have been sent, has been sent to many more people. We never had problems with this before.

So, please read our info again.

posssible understand that im trying to do exactly what you have asked. you have never once until this forum posted or let me know what step i was missing. where to find the [nocando] file. I paid you money lets not forget. I maid it VERY clear i did not understand which file you were asking for. NOW apparently the file I sent you isnt right ether. If thats the case then there is something else wrong completely. So why not try to read the emails your sent

So I should be getting some useful considered feedback. instead I have to deal with your attidute O mighty moderator. Why when I asked on the weekend for clarification on what file it took until yesterday to finnaly post something to the forums. You did not even bother to email me the solution until after I again sent you an email yeterday afternoon.

My initial iritation was due to tech supports lack of concern and action. I contacted your support last Wed to deal with this exact issue. I sent David an email last Fri. By monday i had no feedback at all from anyone!. Why am I upset? if you cant tell me then your in the wrong business.

you say you have reveiwed my emails with David? Then I asked twice very clearly for the info I needed. I even asked nicley the first 3 times. You should have delt with it, or David should have.

You lack of consideration for a paying customer is disturbing. Ive done nothing wrong, I JUST ASKED FOR HELP and didnt not get it.
