I recently got the game and have been playing. (Still mad they took many steps backways from Divine Divinity).
I got into a battlefield that I could only do less than 1% of because the thing didn't generate a door for the tiny hallway I was in. I see on here there are other people who have this kind of problem but no solution.
I've discovered the solution. It's called "ALT TAB". When you ALT TAB out of the game, and then ALT TAB back into it, your character shifts south a small amount. Also it you put a teleporter at a wall and enter and then enter back, you get put onto the other side of the north wall. Well you can now run around in the black area with one character and get north of a wall. Put the other character north of the teleporter. Now ALT TAB over and over til your characters have both shifted south. Pick up the teleporter and give it to the other character that is elsewhere and then drop the teleporter. Enter it and then reenter it. Pick it up and now both characters are elsewhere on the map. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Alt-tabbing can also shift other NPC locations, such as the BF traders or characters in the main game. In the dungeons this shouldn't cause any serious problems, though.

An alternate (though more complicated) method to get past any dead ends in the BF dungeons is;
Teleporting anywhere (via hex editor)

If you stand north west of an outside corner wall, there may be a gap where the 2 walls meet that you can toss a teleporter stone through. For example, there is a skeleton archer north west of the wall around the cursed abbey, that can shoot at you while you are inside the wall. Depending on the layout of the dungeon, that could be useful to get into inaccessible places.
