Iím sad to say I have to leave you all and the Larian Forum.

My Angel drawing whom I drew for my Niece, her mom / my sister she showed it to her here on the forum and she started crying.
She said that was her drawing that I gave her.
It was hers and no one elses and she started crying and has been crying for the past 3 days.
My heart is utterly broken and I cannot forgive myself.
Many might think that a child will get over something like this, but that isn't true. I never did when things like this hurt me and I can remember back to when I was one years old.

Iím so sorry.
You all have been wonderful.

Kyra_ny has to say good-bye forever. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

Hello Goodbye, like the Beatles' song, I don't think it will be forever.

However, if you want to leave, you can be sure that this here is a place you can always return to and arealways welcome. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Good luck.

Alrik.

I can't seem to see why leaving the forum will solve the problem...

I was affraid you might have left when I saw you weren't accepting private messages anymore <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" />
There was so much more I wanted to ask you <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif" alt="" />
Thanks for all the help you gave me <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/kissyou.gif" alt="" />

I don't exactly understand what drawing you are talking about, but I hope you will return anyway <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" />

You leave the forum because you accidently posted a picture your niece drew as your own? [Linked Image]

Just as Viper, I have pretty big problems seeing how that would help.

PS hope you come back (hehehe I've got the top posting-speed again [Linked Image]) DS

No, Ubereil, if I understand Kyra correctly, it is not a picture her niece drew, but one she (i.e. Kyra) drew *for* her niece. And her niece was sad when she saw that the picture was on the internet and in a way not her own anymore.

Yes we can get over when we are hurted by things.
But the time helps a lot and later the pain is less important and we begin to forget and maybe to forgive.

my thoughts are that the child is a little bit spoiled.
you can always say that you showed that picture to your friends because it's her picture and it's beautiful so everybody can enjoy it.

i can't say that she's spoiled, bean. she's just too young to yet appreciate the concept of sharing. & Kyra's just too caring for her young niece. i can only vaguely understand how she feels for the young one.

i hope however that Kyra will be back here with us. comes one nice person to the forum only to go away so soon. *sigh* why can't good things last? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sad.gif" alt="" />

we may get over the loss of dear Kyra but i know i won't forget that nice & friendly person. please come back, Kyra.

& take care, wherever u are. God bless.

i donít want to be rude, but i agree with good ol' bean - isnít this all a bit over the top?

wouldnít it be better for the adults involved to play this down instead of up? to show the little girl that it isnít a big deal for someone else to see a copy of your picture, that in fact itís rather flattering?

by responding with an even bigger fuss and drama, isnít this sending the wrong message to the kid? that being a bit of a drama queen pays off?

Kyra I am sorry you have to leave that way.
Perhaps it was a mistake for a little girl to see the forum. We are scary you know? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" />
Anyway please explain to the child that we will not take her the wonderfull angel. It is all hers. And when she feels better please do come back.
It was nice to know you.
