Somewhere there is a thread for this I think... It was waqrrior in the end I think... Preferrablly a girl due to the start skills.

Any class can be great with a bow, but I prefer the Mage with a bow due to the Mages special ability.

all of the classes. its how you distribute the stats and the skill points that determine whether or not that class will be good with a bow or crossbow.
