I really need some lockpicks ( dragon armor belt )
where can i buy some ?

If you haven't turned in Tangil (Spelling???) in Ars Magicana you can buy some from him.

i killed all in rivertown, dark forest, and verdistis
and i have looked if i had looked some lockpicks over but i haven't

Orcs often drop some, try anywhere that there may be orc (by the poisoned well...in the area between Aleroth and Rivertown...)
Otherwise - i don't know...

mzank (or something) had his cart burnned

You can still trade with him.
Look for him in front of the Ducal Inn (he was always behind a tree in my game!)

by the way i need the lockpick for the dragon armor belt is there a key or should i use lockpicks

There is a KEY - upstairs IN the shelf.
