ok these are quite relevant questions so here goes

wats that sword at the start of the loading thing

wat transformation statues are there

where the hell is the holy sword

and wat is the best sword shield armour and all the possible stuff u can wear at one time

The original name of DD was Divinity: Sword of Lies, so I assume that is what is on the loading screen.

There are Frog, Spider, and Cat Statuettes, plus a unique Beetle one, hidden <span class='standouttext'>Spoiler : </span><span class='spoiler'>in the talking tree, which you can kill with Buad's tee</span>. (highlight the text to read)

At the end of the game my equipment consisted of the following;

Sword Of The Gods - found in a house in the wastelands. DeathBlow shakes the screen; had this happened more frequently, I would have had to re-load a previous save.
