You can solve quests for getting XP without fighting. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/XmasJump.gif" alt="" />
At the beginning in Aleroth, there are a few easy quests and later in Verdistis there are a lot of quests.
There are also 3 special things in the game for getting XP but <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shhh.gif" alt="" /> i don't want to spoil your game.

Barta

Sometimes watchmen or just people are addressing you. You can get XP out of that talks by choosing the right answers. Dont want to spoil you, so no examples here <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Someone asks you to deliver a letter for instance: no fighting needed there. Just talk to people and find out what they can do for you.

or you can kill npc's you attack on and they explode.
