I'm right here, MeaCulpa! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" />

Just when I'm starting to have a bit of time to do more than occasionally lurk, everyone else disappears, eh? Hmmm... coincidence, or Rincewind's Curse?! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/think.gif" alt="" />

I'm here too; by intermittence, and reading more than posting, but keeping an eye on the place nonetheless. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" />

Since it's been more or less empty for a long while, I'm going for coincidence <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />.

And wellcome back <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" />.

I'm always looking into the German section. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

But apart from that, the Larians are too quiet, too. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" />

Not for long anyway (though I remember you being away for shorter periods (or one short period)).

I'm sure we're all rooting for you, janggut! What level of English, and is this teaching children or adults?

i'm taking diploma level so i guess i can't teach anyone who's taking degree level programmes or higher.

as for the level of English that i can teach, it can be as high as advanced, depending how competent a teacher i can be. for now i am teaching a teenager (private tuition, maybe more students soon, i hope). the place that i had my interview caters english courses from children to adults. they need teachers to teach age group of 9-12. it's going to be a big challenge for me, should i be accepted that is.

the level of english needs to be adjusted (as i am so used to teach adults, not necessarily english), the lesson plans have to be extra interesting, maybe a lot of shorter activities instead of a few long ones, not to forget as well, what kids nowadays like & know.

all that & i need to brush up on my grammar too! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
