While we're not quite ready to officially announce it yet, we've opened up this section in our forum to discuss the features you'd like to see in our next epic RPG. We've also released a new screenshot which you can find here.

Here Very nice Picture, is this a part of the World you are schedule, or more an example of the possibilities you have in your new Game Engine?

Nice showcasing. I like that "golden light" and the ambient very much. Yes, i do very much hope for many more original settings like this one - accompanied by similar depth regarding their inhabitants/background and their potential for (story) development and growth, of course. Ragon, the hopeful Mage

Ha, I nearly began to think that another 'Merry X-mas' would be the next news-item.

Thanks viper and yes, quite some progress, but you cannot compare the two. Our new game will be in full 3D, and of course was in 2D graphics.
I have a question for the forum people: can you guess from the screenshot who or what lives there? I can't and won't give you any hints so good luck!

I'm guessing the lizard people because of the swampy environment. Could be elves too since the houses are build in trees, but they're a bit to primitive. More like huts. So I say lizardfolk.

Or perhaps another race? It would be fun if the Ranaar would come back in the next game. They're still an interesting race. And it would be cool to see them in 3D.

1: I bet it is those people that protest against 'the cutting down of the trees'.
2: It looks great, both thumbs up (don't blame me for having to left hands).
3: It is indeed a lot of progress, tough, DD had one of the best (if not THE best) 2D graphics seen in RPG's (or even other games, but that's harder to compare).

Looks great . Some creatures and people would fit good in it. But i guess those are still to come.
The area looks really good, thats for sure
