Oblivion was a great game, but I couldn't get into it much. I loved Morrowind, but I was hoping they'd improve it with Oblivion... they tried, but they didn't improve enough. They had expensive voice acting, but for all the big actors, it still didn't sound medieval at all. The world appears far too civilised and the characters are all so shallow. The quests are very nice and the graphics are very detailed, but the combat system is dreadful (the worst part of Morrowind, so they had to know they would have to do better this time) and the 3rd person models are ugly. Why can't I have a tall, lean character? Oh, and the Oblivion things were always the same thing, it was boring. They just put those in there to significantly increase your playthrough time without actually having to add content to the game. Another negative was the character advancement system, which was overly simple and didn't adjust to player specifications. The sneaking, dialogue, quests and archery were the best things about Oblivion. They were done extremely well.
