I enjoyed the music so much in Divine Divinity. Easily some of the best musical scoring for a video game I've ever heard. I really hope Larian has once again employed Kirill Pokrovsky to do the music for the new game. It was so beautiful and set such an amazing atmosphere for DD. I haven't played in a few months, but some of the tracks keep going through my head to this day.

Kirill Pokrovsky is doing the music for DD2.

I extracted the DD music files and burned most of them (and a couple from Kirill's website) onto two audio CDs (see DD music).

I'm not saying anything...
I'm just amazed by the ammount of stuff you already know (or think you know) about this game.
We didn't officially say anything about this project yet... So I'm wondering, where do you get all this?

This is sad, really sad 'cos his music was one of the few reasons why I was looking forward to this game.

I'm pretty sure Lynn(?) confirmed Kirill would be doing the music for DD2 in a topic about DD's music awhile ago, but I couldn't find it in a quick search.

I'm pretty sure of that too, to be honest... But the best I could find was Macbeth saying it in a time when he wasn't working for Larian.

I'm pretty confident they won't remove such a popular element (Kirill's music) from their next game though, no matter if it's DD2 or not. I mean, that would be insanity! (Unless Kirill's gone moneywhore on their asses...)
