Hi all its my second time i play div2 and anybody noticed by patriath the chest down there but when u try get down he start the conversation.Anybody got it ???

hmm.. not sure what are you talking about

by the dragon under the waterfall first time u get there the animation is longer and there is a chest down there to grab but u cant get down because he starts a conversation.The Dragon is named Patriarh or something like that.
Other question is it able to get in the harbor city in the arena i couldnt get any way to get in.

Harbor city can be acsessed in your HUMAN form...just turn back into EGO HUMANUS and swim to the harbor) It took me like 5 mins to figure it out

there is also a teleport what takes you to the harbor

I think you cannot get there as you end in the dialogue mode each time you get near to the chasm.

yep but there must be a way the chest is not there for justt looking it lol

Nope, atm the chest is not reachable. It's like the issue with our cute assassin who's supposedly somewhere in Aleroth.

The problem is that the game replays the cutscene with the dragon all the time you're too close to the edge. So there is definitely no way to reach the chest

To the harbor: I think you know that you can enter the main hall with the docks. The fortress behind this hall is afaik not reachable, since you cannot open the gate by any means

So both issues are dead-ends.
My speculation is that these phenomenons are remnants of content that was not implemented into the final game.
