Im stuck! After aleroth where i talked to zandalore to get the amu. Where do i have to go i have talked to the dragon in the cave?

Hi, have you visited all of the flying fortress? (big portals in the Fjords)
And there is that demon face like on a montain with ice behind, maybe you can acces it now?
I'm actualy in Aleroth so I don't know what's next, exept for the fortresses!

Well i have been in the orobas fjorde fortress. I killede the leaders there. But i go look Is just i think after i meet zandalore my inner dragon told me back to maxox temple... not sure thou
