Just wondering if there is any easier way of getting charms because at the moment i am just using the crappy +1 stat charms on my legendary items.

Also i would like to know if +magic damage counts towards spells such as magic blast or magic missile, i have been stacking magic damage on my weapons without actually knowing if it does

Magic Damage is just magic weapon that you hit with.

+magic seems to only count towards the damage you do with the weapon. Spell dmg appears to be based off +int [and whatever level of spell you have].

You will get access to +4 stats charms once you reach aleroth. The best charms in the game are those which +5 stats, where only a few boss in game will drop. Best to keep those for your final gears.
