There is also a Talisman of the South in the derelict tunnels, where you found the other two. All 3 can then be used in the correct order at a statue in the middle of that tunnel (
Talismans), to give you the Talisman of the North (which has +2 Wisdom, 3 enchantment slots and a couple other random bonuses). Unfortunately, you already have the battle tower, so will not be able to get back there.
