I have, without success, tried taking screenshots of the game with the "Print Screen" button without succeeding. Do I need to use an external program to make it work?

I run the game in full screen and I have two monitors (the game is of course only shown on the main monitor).

Try Fraps.

Print screen should work; I have successfully captured using that button. Have you bound print screen to anything else?

When I use Print Screen it takes a screenshot of both monitors. This means that the main monitor (with the game) is all black and the second monitor shows a part of the windows desktop.

Unplug the second monitor?

or use something like "gadwin printscreen"

Alt+PrtSc takes a screenshot like PrtSc but only takes the active screen.
