Larian Studios Forums Divinity II The Dragon Knight Saga / Flames of Vengeance (English) Technical problems "A Hunting We Shall Go" bug?

I had forgotten about this quest for a while when I realized that I had every item I needed to complete the quest: Hallorn’s Ring, Yup’ik’s Staff, Viper’s Sword and Jagon’s Necklace. So I went to Captain Rodney to collect my reward but he wont take the items. My character just tells Rodney that "I'll be off now" or something like that. Whats the problem?

Uhh... When I completed this quest I just killed a girl in Dec... I don't remember the name, it's a house on Crows Nest, the one you find that ring that dying champion asks you to get. Anyway, I just killed her and took her amulet to that guy and got my reward
