It would be great if Atlus was. I like them a lot. Especially since Demon's Souls.

They don't sound very good. But all they do is publish the game right? They don't have any effect on the game itself?

They are a publisher, but they take chances on games others wont, such as Demon's Souls which Sony refused to publish outside of Japan among other games.

Plus D2:DKS has been out and completed for a while... Atlus is just the publisher, IF they are the publisher here... who knows it could be Atari, Activision, EA, Microsoft, etc etc etc

That would be amazing if they somehow got EA, Activision, or Microsoft. Another one to look for is Ubisoft.

I have a feeling it will be a smaller publisher though.

Perhaps my main question is, does the publish affect the graphics?

Well, they won big with Demon's Souls. It is a superb, really brilliant game, btw. Though if to approach it head on, it is ridiculously hard. It took me about 6 hours, and many-many tries to kill the first demon, in order to realise how I should play. After this it was reasonably challenging, but pretty straightforward.

Good, my only complaint with the original Draconis I am playing now is the average graphics

Huh? Demon's Souls, 3D Dot Game Heroes, and the Persona games don't "sound good"?

All of those received high marks.

PS3 and PSP games for the most part... 3D Dot Game Heroes is a Legend of Zelda clone or spiritual successor to it... awesome game... Demon's Souls is incredible action RPG... for the true hard core gamer... Persona, not my cup of tea...

D2:ED was a very enjoyable game for me, although the ending annoyed me a bit. Had destruction, explosive arrow, dual wielding, magic blast, and regenerate maxed. The carnage that ensued was devistating. Nothing stood half a chance. I'm really looking forward to DKS to be released in the US. It would be awesome if the divine could be a NPC party member you took with you into battle. But thats probably just wishful thinking. Perhaps it could be a Divinity 3 option, what do you think larian? Whats everyone else think the next game should have?

I think there is a thread already for wishes for D 3.

Btw I don't think you should have a party. Too many RPGs do that these days. You can have enough of a party with the creature and all the summon spells anyways

I like parties in some games (Mass Effect games, Dragon Age) but sometimes being alone and having the ability to summon is great as well.

I hope we see D3...
