I started a new character, went through the first part of the game, saw the ending. (winch was fabulous by the way) and would want anyone to continue the story...

But when part 2 of the game kicked in and I ended up in the next starting town.

I noticed my dragon morph item wasn't on my char, is it suppose to be this way (where I have to find it again) or was this glitched.

No, it's not a bug: there isn't much opportunity for flying round Aleroth; and when there is, it's not voluntary.
