Sorry - it's all Fallout: New Vegas for me for Best RPG for 2010.
I do think Mass Effect 2 was better than New Vegas - but, I think ME2 is more of a shooter than an actual RPG.
ME2 was My Fav. Game of 2010 by far.
About DKS - ain't played it, so can't speak on it.
It ain't even out at Retail in USA.
It's out at DD sites, though.
I can say I was disappointed w/ Ego Draconis, though.

First vote was for Mass Effect 2. A very good game... But hardly a RPG. I'd change my vote if it was now.
Second vote, M&B Warband. Game is just good, but mods make it shine.
Third vote, D2 DKS (because of trust and, because, I haven't played any other titles from that list). I'm waiting for the courier with the game to arrive, accompanied by KotOR 2.

First vote was for Mass Effect 2. A very good game... But hardly a RPG. I'd change my vote if it was now. While the RPG-style decision-making stuff is there, the stats and upgrading weren't as much there as the original. ME2 was more of a shooter w/ RPG elements than the other way around with Mass Effect 1 (RPG w/ some shooter elements). I still think by far ME2 was the better game.

My Favorite RPGs: Divinity franchise, Gothic franchise (including Arcania, so I think I'm alone...), Venetica, Risen, Two Worlds II, The Witcher, Sacred franchise, Fallout franchise, Mass Effect 1, Alpha Protocol, Planescape: Torment, Drakensang, KOTOR 1 & 2, etc.

RPG = role playing game. ME2 was a role playing game.
#1 spot for me? Well, it's a tough between New Vegas and DKS. Though I haven't finished yet! Playing right now. Man, DKS is awesome and so underrated.
