I already beat FoV without doing this, but this gives u the option to play with multiple maxed builds for fun.
Strongly suggest playing through with normal stats/skills first, more interesting that way.
PC VERSION ONLY
right click the skill/stat/dragon book. then as u select the application button, simultaneously move the mouse away with a jerking motion. quickly accept the skill update and the menu will remain open. using the same trick again and again, skills can be constantly applied if the menu doesn't drop. takes some finesse so quicksave before wasting a book. if your good you can easily pull 30+ stats/skills per book.
