I started new playthrough of DKS and got small problem.

On my last playthrough the troll who killed these three drunk seekers attacked me, but on this playthrough he is friendly and there were three seekers fighting him last time and now there is only one seeker. Is this some bug?

The other seekers may have been killed before you got there. Did you get a cutscene conversation with one of the seekers? If not (ie he died before you got close enough), maybe the troll isn't hostile after he finishes off the seekers.
I didn't get the seekers sent out on a troll hunt in DKS.

He only turns hostile after all 3 seekers are dead.

In the cutscene there was only one seeker.
