Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity Original Sin - Beta Crash reporting tool "Cancelled" fix

If you get a "Cancelled" message when trying to submit a report to Larian, it most likely means that an assembly (specifically the zip file creator) is missing.

Steps to fix:
1) Download the following zip: http://dotnetzip.codeplex.com/downloads/get/258014
2) Copy zip-v1.9/Ionic.Zip.dll from the archive to the game binaries directory (SteamApps\common\Divinity - Original Sin\Shipping or wherever you installed it)
3) Crash upload should work now - at least it worked for me

Just don't forget to actually extract the .dll file from the zip ... obviously ... silly me.

Well, that's one issue solved at least, albeit the less important one. Thx for that.

was this allready patched yesterday evening? since I still couldn't submit a report.

after pilfering numerous times in the jail (down the hatch), and warned by npc several times too; I arose from the hatch and received a npc dialog indicating I would now need to be punished. the screen froze, i could not move or anything.game locked up and i had to ctl alt del.
