so the devs released a patch to fix savegame issues for some people

turns out it broke all our current saves and crashes the game upon trying to load them

It's an Alpha.

Expect, nay, demand complete wipes of saves. v1.1.0 probably should auto-clear all saves due to the funky stuff some users have experienced, especially with regards to quest / item flags not being reset on new games.


Pro-tip: it's why I only use the Quick save, and don't mind dumping progress.

The devs have stated plenty of times that new builds would not necessarily be save game compatible.

Hmm. My older pre-1.0.99 saves still load.

Still waiting for the patch notes, though. I like being able to keep track, even if it's probably only one thing that they changed with 1.0.99.

-Another quick update that fixes savegame issues on Windows 8 and possibly on other Windows versions.
