I'm afraid I divined to early and left all the good stuff home.
As a magician I'm afraid all there is left is mana .
Is there still hope for a mage lost in the wastelands ?
Thanks,

Morpheon

You can buy things from the Orc (Kroxy???) in the Wastelands...
They Imps often drop rather good armor.

What in piticular were you concerned with?

I think the worst part is that I left one teleporter behind, so when I sleep in the willage and fill up the mana, it will only last to the entrance of the black ring.
As a mage, mana is all I have to fight with, and I have no chance of refilling.
Perhaps a good mana drinking sword would help?

Thanks, I'll try that. I guess the greatest shock of coming divine, was all the unfinished quests. I had hoped to continue as "nothing" had happened after the little ceremony with the seven guys...

How about some hay? Do you have the bed or the hay in your inventory? You could sleep a lot!

Hi Morpheon,

What level are you at? What skills do you have developed? What are your stats and your resistances like? What equipment do you have on you? It will help if we know more about your character.

Thanks.

location of the Ancient Pyramids (71KB) - if you did not bring both teleporter stones with you to the wastelands

Do they work the same as the teleporter stones?

Ancient pyramids are the same as teleporter stones (except older ). If you bring the teleporter stones with you to the wastelands, they get replaced by ancient pyramids in your inventory.

Morpheon; for your mana problem, make or buy a stack of restoration potions.

Also, if you don't mind cheating a bit, there is a way to get back to Rivertown and pick up stuff;

Hi,
I'm a lvl 40 mage, vit:552, magic:1268
str:65, ag:50, int:148, con:59
Off:39, def:34, dam:50-113, arm:98

Spells:
restoration lvl.4
aura of guarding -4
spellshield -4
meteorstrike -5
freeze -4
elemental strike -3
lockpick -5
wisdom -5
magic barrier -2
Identify -3
elven sight -5
enchant -3

I also hav 1 or 2 in other spells, but these are the ones I use.

My equipment has a lot of charming capacity, hence the high stats and resistences.

Thanks for the response from all of you. I was especially happy for the ancient pyramides. Maybe there is hope for the seven races after all

hmm, those are pretty good, I went at level 45 or so, so just fight imps and stuff to maybe level up a little, add it to intel and go in. otherwise thats good.

you might want to hex edit back to rivillon and finish some quests.

If the (weightless) portable bed (from the house north of the cursed Abbey) was a little large in your inventory, you could always put it in the book from the thieves' guild, and sleep in it there.

You may not be able to complete quests after hex editing back to Rivertown. The quest log gets cleared, but I don't know if that is just cosmetic or not.

actually, only one bed fits in, there is one in the house to the south of the cursed abbey, in a house, juet pick it up and toss it in, there is enough room, or put it in the book from the thiefs room, if you go that.

Hi,

You might need to invest in a spell like curse, blind, or hell spikes to face the black ring later, especially Josephina based on the spells you have. As long as your resistances are 100 or higher you won't need Spellshield. It should be there once you're about to face the Black Ring. Have a lot of small restoration potions. I had almost 1000 near the end of the game when I was facing the Black Ring but if you have about 500 restoration potions, that's more than enough.

Thanks.
