Assuming you are not willing to restart the game and pick it up on character creation, you should be able to find vendors in the first town you get to (Cyseal) who sell both First Aid (a long-cooldown healing ability for Man-at-Arms skill) and the Hydromancy low-level healing spells. The lowest-level one is rather inexpensive, too.
