Hello, i just received my physical copy of Divinity Original Sin Game. But is it possible to redeem the code that is printed behind the game manual on GoG instead ? I've been trying to find a solution but i still can't seem to figure it out

I think that code can only be redeemed on Steam

You can try on GoG but dont think it will work

How do i try redeeming it on GoG though ? I couldn't find any redeem button there

Steam keys can only be redeemed on Steam, GoG keys only on GoG, neither works the other way round.

As far as I know the physical copy only comes with a Steam key (unlike Dragon Commander where the physical copy came with both, a Steam and GoG product code).

The only codes that can be converted to GO is the ones you have on Larian Vault if you are kickstarter backer.

I think people don't realize that if you are a kickstarter backer and have a the physical collector's edition then you actually get 4 copies of the game + 2 copies of the DLC:

1. One on Larian vault from the original beta. Can be converted to GOG.
2. The DUO key on Larian vault. Steam only.
3. The Steam key on the back of the manual
4. The Steam key on the extra leaf of paper than came in the box
