Unreachable book in Zandalor's house

There's a book called "pshychic powers" (and potions) on top of the fireplace in Zandalor's house. Can't grab it/reach it, is that a bug ? Has anyone got it yet, anything special about it ?

What's the highest level of TK one of your characters has? I find TK of about 4 can snag most everything.

Midget Soothsayer robs Bank! Small Medium at Large!

I had 5 TK when I tried
and still couldn't get it. Just says "Can't Reach"...
