The title says it all. Is there a way, or maybe a mod, to increase party size, say from 4 to 6?
Or is the limit hardcoded?

so far 4 is max party.
There is 1 mod that let you play 4 players instead of 2 (co-op).

and I think 6 is overkill, it will make the game super easy.

We're playing two player co-op in a very casual way and could use some more companions in our party

Somebody might make a mod for it. There was a forum user who made an army mod that lets you play a battle where you control multiple (more than 4) characters on a map he/she created.

Problem with more characters in a party is that the character portraits fall off the screen because of the size of them (though this might also possibly be modded to reduce the size).

wait, you can actually play this game in 4 player coop?
