I bought "Source Hunter DLC" I have in my inventory the golden grail and Zandalors Trunks which by the way does nothing... but I can't find the soundtrack.
Does someone knows how to get it?

Assuming you have the Steam version it is in the location of your install:

...\SteamApps\common\Divinity - Original Sin\CollectorsEdition\Soundtrack

where steam apps can be found on most systems at:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common

On my side I could not find the Golden Cup that helps you make gold out of any item.
Where is it and how to use it?

It should be in your inventory when you start a new game.

You use it by dragging it onto a *piece of armor* in your inventory. It cannot be used with any item as originally advertised.
