You can't find it. You have to show the drawing of the neckliace to the dwarven juweler. He'll make a copy for you. She just loves it. I actually felt a bit ashamed afterwards <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

You mean we have to lie to her?
<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ohh.gif" alt="" />

And if we don´t what happens? Do we spoil a quest?

Yes, there's no other way to solve the quest.

The things we do for love. Even though I had no idea who she was until I fell in love with her. Or so the game told me. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/sad.gif" alt="" />

I'll stop now.

u must be talking about the quest in stormfist castle. just walk out of janus's room & go south. u'll meet 'someone' & then keep on walking around the corridors. u'll find it. pressing the alt key helps.

Perhaps the writer is very pragmatic and thinks that love is a big lie anyway.
I always tell my wife that she is the most beautiful woman on earth. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />
She accuses me of being a big liar of course but she likes that I tell her this specific lie too. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

If I brought my wife with me to Greece you shall agree with her that I am a big liar also. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" />

A courteous liar that is. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

Hey, this is not like hypocrisy at work place or kissing butts, but keeping the flower of love from wilting.
I did not like the idea at first, I mean not finding the real necklace, but I noticed later that all she really needed was the symbol to stay alive and it made no difference if the necklace was authentic or not as long as I showed that I care.

I happen to remember my wedding anniversary every year too. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Nope I do not agree. I think that everyone, has something beautiful. I am sure that your wife has some very strong points too.

As for the game... well I would gladly lie to a man. I would gladly slaughter him in fact... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" />
<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/div.gif" alt="" /> is good for the soul. You do things that you can not do in real life...
It is so cool.

Larians, please have in mind that it would be a good idea to have a man that falls in love with my warior and my char. could have the choice to kill him...
Cool <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Nope! Freud would have to take heavy medication afterwards... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/evilgrin1.gif" alt="" />

Aaaaaaaaahahahahahah.

You mean you drove them crazy and even Freud too would be a candidate or that they were crazy about you?

<wink, wink> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

However, I do really understand that ideally it is very difficult for a woman to find a man that she could really admire and continue to admire him even after he “falls” in love with her.

How can you admire a man for a “fall”? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

On the other hand, it is very difficult for a man to find a woman that would appreciate his virtues, and forgive him for allowing himself to fall for her call. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

Poor man. Guess he'll just have to talk to Mardaneus about it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Nope you got it all wrong. First of all someone must be born crazy to fall in love with me. (I am a very difficult person to get along with). So he has already that mental illness and I have nothing more to do.

As for the other part, I would really admire someone if he could fall for me and continue till the end believe me. But usually people change, things change... Love stops where the lies begin.

I was under the impression that lies begin when Love Stops. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

How about honesty regarding admitting a lie?
It gives the other side a chance to be forgiving. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

If the one who lied did not care then why lie?

I think that hiding the truth is a sign of caring that the truth might be ugly.
This is not like cheating or betrayal, I mean only innocent lies could be a matter of beautification and courtesy.

In some cases I am aware of, it is even a social trait or system to lie to gain good relations rather than say the truth and loose all your friends none of whom can be perfect.

You too cannot be perfect, so how about telling each other every time we see each other a list of our defects and problems. Truth is not always the best path and avoiding truth is entering into the layers’ zone. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

My two cents anyway.

Well ok I think you have a point there, but still, I prefer the truth. As ugly as it is. I don´t like illusions. I want to know what is happening to me. Sorry. It is my thesis the last 2 years and I intend to keep it.

Lucrecia, you are not alone !
It's exactely the same for me : someone must be born crazy to fall in love with me.
Those men always wanted to change me, till they realised that it's impossible, but it's too late !!!
