Since the latest Update (V1.0.107) my girlfriend and I are not able to see the text from NPCs in dialogues of the german language version (see attached image), switching to the englisch version on steam worked for us as a workaround.

This occurs both in singleplayer and multiplayer on different machines and with different NPCs.

This is happening to me and some folks I know since the latest update as well. For me it affects only some NPCs, but for other people all of them are affected. We are playing the french version of the game. It might work in English though, thanks for the tip!

Same here, for example the woman in Cyseal who is scared of men has empty dialogue, as well as the sheep woman. German version, since latest patch.
