Are there any stats that scale directly with damage without a cap?

I know that Dex and Str do not, they are simply hit rating.

Though, I find the description on Intelligence rather vague. I see that I am granted a bonus % to damage on certain abilities, but does that bonus % stop scaling at a certain point?

i.e. If I had 500 Intelligence would the bonus % still be the same as if I had 10,000 Intelligence?
(i know these numbers are not realistic, they are just for the example)

If so, what is the max bonus %?

every +1 INT will boost 5% of spell effectiveness. the successful rate of the spell and damage if there's any. so higher INT will increase lighting bolt's stun chance and air damage.

I don't see there's any cap for such boost, or I never get to high enough INT (merely around 21-22 range) to see the cap~

I have my INT up to 39 now, that's the best I can muster so far frown. My spells seem to be pretty effective.
