Okay, in the western chamber there's a set of steps down to another catacomb. Thing is I went down them, and then thought I'd better save in a save place first, so I popped up the stairs, saved and now I can't get back down the stairs, it doesn't even register as anything under my cursor. What gives?

Hi DrDerekDoctors,

As joliekiller says, there's nothing important over there. You can only enter through that tile one time, the second time; the access through that tile is gone. This is not a bug, it's meant to be like this. This was invented by one of our story designers, who is a huge fan of that Belgian soccer team, that's why you could find the scroll with the Indian (=symbol of that team). So: nothing important (I'm not a supporter of that soccer team )

Oh, righty. Well that's okay then. I thought I'd broken the game again (first time was the cemetary/garden key mix-up).

Back to Orc-smacking then.

I did that, too. As well as opening the crypts where you sacrifice the Hoyl items, thus ruining that quest, too. D'oh!
