There's a little bar with a percentage and a mb usage (I assume megabytes, but not sure if it's talking about RAM or something) at the bottom left of the editor. So in one map my friend Mipsy has made that's not that big but fairly detailed, usage is 46% and 1550mb. This amount seems to fluctuate between 40-60%. What is this, CPU usage? Or is there some other limit?

Mipsy has made another map that's extremely large. He hasn't even put that much in it and it's already at 72%. We want to know what happens when it reaches 100%. Can maps only be so big? I believe Cyseal uses about 70%, but it's much smaller than the level Mipsy made.

I think it's your local RAM available. If you max it out, it should be lagging a lot!

If i open Cyseal on my PC, i regret it even though it's not maxed.

How does that work for in game purposes though? I can run the game just fine on max graphics but opening Cyseal on the editor is a nightmare one you turn down distance fog, height fog and depth of field.
