Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Off Topic..

Can anyone name some other Larian game's? I've only played the Divine Divinity game and loved it. Maybe I can find one cheap some where to tide me over till Beyond Divnity. I think RiftRunner was going to be the name Of Beyond Divinity before It got changed. Probably the programing name.. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/think.gif" alt="" />

Quite correct - there has been a name change: Riftrunner = Beyond Divinity.

Bronthanian, "they all"? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/think.gif" alt="" /> There are only two games (L.E.D Wars, an RTS and Divine Divinity...) and one known to be in development - Beyond Divinity a.k.a. Riftrunner - a RPG, however a bit different that Divinity if one can judge from announcements - more character creation and quest like activity, less hack&slash.

i might go and check out L.E.D wars, has it been released in ustralia...?

1. LED Wars is quite old. I fear it might be difficult to find it nowadays.

2. That's right I've heard of Larian producing Casino Games, but I've never encountered such a thing.

On a sidenote, if they are so good at it, then maybe some will appear in the next games ? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" /> Lar already mentioned in a recent interview some sort of Minigames - Chess was actually mentioned. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

EDIT : I just made a quick search, but found nothing. I just guess we won't ever find their names because of the fact that - as I believe - these games were simply hired work.
To explain by example, we sometimes even don't find the developer of games on packages, only the publisher. I remember the first "Lost Vikings" game as an Interplay game, but I was surprised to see it reappear for Gameboy on the Blizzard site; so they must've been the developers once.

Btw that are not all games i worked on, there was also sovereign of the seas from attic, which wasn't that good (my first released game actually) and i still have to update my page with all the spellforce units i made. Well, if i have some spare time...
