Larian Studios Forums Divinity - Original Sin Divinity - Original Sin - Enhanced Edition AI personality options?

In character creation there is an option to set AI personality but there are no tool tips to explain all the options from what I can see. Can someone explain them to me and also tell me if it is changeable once in-game?
