Hello, guys. A was always excited about Larian creations. But level of user service little bit disappointing.

So, there is my problem: I pledged D:OS2 on Kickstarter and everything was was ok, until I realized that miscalculated pledge amount to get a second D:OS2 key. So now I need a way to put a $1 to Larian Vault account to get my addon, that I was planing. And don't tell me that it's impossible: you will take addition money from me in case I select something that need shipping.

Now about user service: I emailed larian support twice and only robot answered me saying "you will be contacted in reasonable time", but month of waiting are not "reasonable time" at all.

P.S. Hope, guys, you will help me and I'll be able to play D:OS2 with my brother.

Sounds like you got more than I did. I also have an issue related to my kickstarter pledge and I sent two emails to kickstarter@larian.com, which is apparently the email account to use for anything related to our kickstarter pledges. I didn't even get an automated response. Complete and utter silence.
So yeah, I agree the service to their users/investers is disappointing.

Use the support-email adress.
My email to the Larian-Kickstarter Email adress also did not get any automated response, but the one to the support email adress got one.
Although i did not get any real response since 2 weeks which is a little bit sad.

Also it seems that no Devs/people in charge are participating in this forum.
So, i don't know how to get in touch with the Larian people.
Seems there are some people out there who have the same problem.

@Wintermute101, you can send a PM to Raze maybe, he'll be able to forward info since he's our community manager. You could also send stuff to me but I won't be able to help that much since it's not in my department at all. I can forward information though!
