Spoilers below....

There is a well outside of town (take the open gate - West gate - for the lowest level of mobs). Its near some beehives and a couple of zombie dogs. (Just north of the gate, I believe) If you go in the well, Wulfgraff is down there. The tunnels branch and you will go through a trapped area that will eventually lead inside.

The tunnels are also accessible from teh graveyard

I think I burnt the door down. I didn't use the tunnels to get there.
