Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - General Early Access release stage.

I was curious to know what stage of development the Early Access is going to be. Are we going to be getting an Alpha version or will it be in beta by then? I'm just concerned due to the fact that it appears that you guys are looking to release the game soon (either q4 2016 or q1 2017) and as a backer of your kickstarter we told that we would be recieving alpha & beta access to the game. From my experience alpha and beta periods last more than just a month or two, so I just wanted to know what dev stage we'll be accessing.

Release will be next year. Early Access is alpha; it is not feature complete, and additions and changes will be made as development progresses.
