I noticed this game is not on GOG but is on steam. Are there any plans to add this to the GOG version of early access?

Larian said they expected GOG to get the early access in October, so sometime this month, hopefully.

Any progress here, Swen? Are you already able to provide a better estimate on when we can expect early access on GoG? I really hope Plumpbiscuit is wrong, and that we don't have to wait that much longer...

It's 18 October. Isn't it GOG key time?

Well I think GOG defines GOG key time smile

I suspect I know the source of the delay but since no one has told me this is the case I will not start an unconfirmed rumour. However, we all know that GOG is a big supporter of D:OS 2 so there is probably a specific reason for the delay.

Just spill the beans... a rumour is a rumour and not confirmed.

I'm disappointed by today's update... not a word on when we can expect early access for GoG, even though we're already nearing the end of October.

The Galaxy integration is in QA now so expect it soon enough.

About the GoG release: We're working closely together with GoG to get Divinity: Original Sin 2 working on the Games in Development platform. It's coming together very nicely so it will be ready soon, really soon. You will hear it here first when it's available. Thank you all for your patience! - Thomas

I could be wrong but I think Galaxy is required for multiplayer now.

I believe Galaxy is required for their "Games in Development" (early access) phase as well.
Only once the game is released, you are able to download updates manually and run the game without Galaxy.

Post your questions below until Monday, October 24th, and Larian Studios will answer the most intriguing ones alongside the game's arrival, coming soon on GOG.com.

"alongside the game's arrival"... hopefully this means that we get our keys on Tuesday smile

D:OS2 should be available on GOG as about.. now wink
Dunno if it means that backers' keys can be redeemed through the Vault already as well though.
