Trying multiplayer earlier today, we noticed that backspace in chat does not work, it also seems that using any skill hotkeys during chat is active seems to activate casting for them.
I haven't had issues with backspace, but the shortcut keys for the hotbar definitely do activate while typing in chat, even if you change them to other keys (makes it really bad if you use letters for your hotbar shortcut keys).
