Does feel like one could drop this week or next. Did see a twitter post a couple weeks ago where I think they said the patch was taking a few days longer than expected, which implies it might be close.
To be honest, I'd rather have fewer but heftier patches than more but lighter ones. Hopefully a bit more content shows up in the next patch (e.g., a couple more fights or quests in the first act, not another act or anything.)
