Kalias battle: have some consequences if you kill him.

Since he's literally guarding the hidden cave, if you kill him(maybe there's some heart amongst all that pride), there should be some consequences. After all, it's full of people who can't defend themselves.

So perhaps, Griff could send some assassins in to kill or seize them(curry favour with Alexander) or maybe a bunch of magisters decide to smoke them out. There'd be nothing but blood and dead bodies.

Also when you start to comment(to trigger the battle), there should be some intervention from Rulah or someone else, to indicate how much they need him. Then you can get an option to either listen to reason or to press ahead(and start off a battle.)

And if you do kill him, people could refuse to talk to you, cry or just run away.
