My main character has PetPal. I got 2 bloodstones: one from Iron Maiden and 1 from Black Cove.

However, when I've 1 or both of them in my inventory, talking to Alfie does not give me the option to heal him.

Did you go through all the conversation options?

Did you talk to Bjorn about going to Silverglen, and agree to find a way to to heal Alfie when he says he is reluctant to leave him behind?

Argh, you're right, I didn't. I managed to solve this quest. Ty, Raze.

Damn this game is pretty complicated for a newbie like me. Since I'm nearing the endgame, should stick around.
