When I'm near Elodi (the elf that is being bullied into paying two thugs from Griff) my computer freezes. I'm not getting any kind of error message. I think these crashes have been happening when Elodi opens her dialgoue telling you to follow her after the fight. Last night, and tonight I had the crash happen, though now I'm unable to reproduce it.
I haven't had anything like this in previous builds.
The game was also completely redownloaded from GOG since the 100mb patch didn't work.
