SPOILER ALERT
So when you're talking to Amadia in the hall of echoes the third time (right after you've breathed in the teal smoke under Meistr's house) as a custom undead female lizard character, she does a bit of a dialogue mix up and says, "You and I are the last Eternals Fane."
I don't think the custom undead is listed as an Eternal, and she's certainly not Fane.
I am uncertain what the intended dialogue is supposed to be, but due to the character not being Fane, I'm listing this as a bug.
