I am very proud to anounce that Apollo God of the Sun and Light has blessed us today with a beautiful sun. The sun light started the Olypmic Flame at the ancient temple in Olympia and the torch is going to travel all over the world. It will return here when the Olympics are going to start.

Welcome the flame to your countries people and among with this welcome peace, unity, love and frienship.

I am so moved that I can not write anymore.

Gods Bless you all with special gifts as happiness, peace, love, and health.

Hm, sounds interesting, lets see, what difficulties the torch has to survive...

What is, if it goes out?

My thoughts about this matter will surprise you.
I believe that there is no need of such luxurious buildings. Olympics is an idea. Holly idea. Of course there must be some good facilities in order to help athlets but all this is taking us far away from the spirit of Olympics. Greeks were so happy that the Olympics came back to their birthplace that wanted to make the best and perfect. That is not possible in such a small amount of time.

And then is the other thing. Just few weeks ago we changed government. Socialists that were in the government for 20 years lost the elections. The conservatives are now up and to tell you the truth I think that they are not capable to get through with the Olympics. So it is natural to say that the things should have been made did not in order to blame the previous party and if something goes wrong put the blame to the others. Politics....

I think that today's ceremony with the priestess and the flames and the message of peace to all over the world was the most important.

That is a very noble sentiment Luc. One ehcoed by myself. I just hope the atheletes have somewhere to do their thing though! Stupid government! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/memad.gif" alt="" />

Luc, "holy idea", not "holly idea" ! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/delight.gif" alt="" /> It has nothing to do with Hollywood (except that it originally means Holy Wood) ! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

Don't worry. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

There is a "fun factor" involved in funny spelling, too ... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
