Hi everyone!

Does anyone know a way on how to revert a coop-game back to a full single player version?

What I mean by that:
I've startet a coop game with a friend, he created one character and I did the same. Now I want to continue our playthrough alone, but one small problem stays: His character is not a full party member like the others. I cannot talk to him, nor does he trigger any companion-stuff. He just follows me around or I can take control. I also cannot kick him from the party, as I can't talk to him.

Does anyone experienced the same? Or does someone have a solution?

Other than that, I'm absolutely loving the game, great work Larian!! :claphands:

He is a full party member, he is just not an NPC like other companions. So you will have to start a new game, if you want origin stories for this character as well.

But if the created an origin character, the origin quest should be still available in his questlog.

Load the game, press escape, enter connectivity menue and set it to noone can enter your game, then every chararkter should work as intended. You can switch it back, if your friend wants to enter again.

Well that sort of worked, but still one problem remains: Both characters are avatars, so they both need to complete the story about the divinity stuff. And I can't kick the other avatar out of my party.

So they both have a crown symbol:

Is there any way to get rid of the second avatar?

Hi, dear all! I am highly interested in a solution for this problem too, so if anyone discovered it, please share. Maybe a mod was made or there is a way to edit a save file respectively...
